  1. Clean the Case and Lighter with mineral spirits—avoid Pledge and alcohol products
  2. Old English Furniture Polish or Teak Oil applied after cleaning with a rag will restore its natural beauty

You can return your order for a store credit, replacement, or refund to your original purchase method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Damaged items will be evaluated and repaired or replaced

 To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.
